Wrangler - An employee of a production company who keeps track of or manages something, esp. a Render Wrangler who manages the computer resources and tasks running on a render farm. Some companies also have a Disk Wrangler or Database Wrangler who manages the storage and archiving of files.

The word Wrangler originally meant a Cowboy, who guided and supervised herds of cattle instead of rendering processes.
